Previously charged additional fees such as Capital Development Fees and Waitlist Fees are no longer charged in order to keep our fee structure as transparent as possible. Instead, deposits will be taken to reserve a student's placement at BEIS. The deposit will be applied against Academic Fees. This will result in a lower financial exposure for all parents as previously expected.
Being a nonprofit school also enables us to offer lower school fees when compared to other international schools here in the Philippines. Here in Boracay, we are the only international school that has a qualified, English-speaking teaching staff with the proper experience and international accreditations.
School fees for 2013-2014 have been raised to accomodate new building costs and rising expenses. Please note the new annual fees and payment schedules available.

Rules on Refunds for Students with Authorized Withdrawal are governed by the Law for Private Schools and the Philippines Department of Education:

“Tuition Charges: A student who transfer or otherwise withdraws, in writing, within two weeks after the beginning of classes and who has already paid the pertinent tuition and other school fees in full or for any length of time longer than one month may be charged ten percent (10%) of the total amount due for the term if he withdraws within the first week of classes, or twenty percent (20%) if within the second week of classes, regardless of whether or not be has actually attended classes.
The student may be charged all the school fees in full if he withdraws anytime after the second week of classes. However, if the transfer or withdrawal is due to a justifiable reason, the student shall be charged the pertinent fees only up to and including the last month of attendance.”
